This page should really be called things I’m (Hannah) reading, listening to, and watching, but that’s too long for my menu bar up top. Below, I’ve listed links to different media I’ve found to be informative, inspirational, and/or insightful. While in no particular order, they are all things I’ve read, watched, or listened to that have built my understanding of what it means to be human and ways of coping with the human condition.

I am an ideas vacuum, often referencing these things with clients and teaching them the ideas, lessons, and tools I have gleaned from them. Many are created by mental health professionals, and many are not. I believe non-practitioners often have beautiful insights that are just not discussed or even known about in the general mental health field. Understanding ourselves and our own journey requires a variety of perspectives in a vast number of areas. While I may not agree with everything said, I have found them to reveal helpful truths about myself. My hope is that you will find some nugget of value in them also.
